The space
Prestige Hideaways proudly manages Treetop Retreat. Designed for memorable getaways with family and friends, this spacious three-level home brings together generous living areas, coastal relaxation and your own private wellness escape.
Recharge in the traditional sauna, cold plunge and gym, spend sun-filled afternoons beside the heated outdoor pool, or fire up one of the two BBQs. Two separate lounges provide space to gather or unwind, including an upstairs lounge with a distinctive yellow couch. Expansive glass doors on the top level open to the surrounding eucalyptus trees.
Five bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests, with a king bedroom and ensuite, a queen bedroom and ensuite, two twin bedrooms and a queen bedroom on the lower level. Four full bathrooms and an additional powder room make group stays comfortable. A double garage provides parking.
Other things to note
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM. Guests have access to the house; two downstairs storage rooms remain locked for housekeeping.
The cold plunge is unfenced. If you have small children, keep the wellness room locked at all times for safety. An architectural gap beside the top-level glass window is marked with caution tape; take care and keep clear of it.
The basement bedroom has a central wall partition with openings on either side, so it does not offer full privacy. This home spans three levels. An exterior security camera is located at the front of the property. A smoke alarm is provided; a carbon monoxide alarm is not reported.
