Welcome to our wonderful home right on The Esplanade in Torquay—just across from Cosy Corner, a family-friendly beach. Enjoy 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a rumpus room, gas fireplace, elevator (available on request), heating/air-conditioning, and an open-plan kitchen–dining–lounge that flows to a large balcony with ocean views. A playground and coastal walking track are right across the road.

The space

Upstairs — Bedroom 1 (Queen) with ensuite (bath & shower), Japanese toilet (bidet), balcony, ceiling fan, panel heater & TV. Open-plan kitchen, dining, lounge with gas fireplace. Balcony with electric BBQ & outdoor dining. Powder room.

Downstairs — Main bathroom/laundry (shower, toilet, washing machine). Bedroom 2 (Queen) with ceiling fan & panel heater. Bedroom 3 / Rumpus (bunk: Single over Double) with ceiling fan, panel heater, couches, TV, games & books, and access to the backyard.

Sleeping arrangements

Guest access

Guests have full access to the property (garage locked/unavailable). Elevator is normally off but can be enabled on request for guests unable to use stairs. Backyard is shared and fully grassed—townhouses belong to siblings without a dividing fence. Playground across the road.
