Le Boulevard Cottage is set up for 2–3 nights or multi-week stays. Supermarket: ~20-minute walk (or 4-minute drive).

Bedrooms — Master with King bed • Second bedroom with 2× Singles. Shared main bathroom with shower and separate small bath (ideal for babies and small children). Separate toilet.

Living — Open-plan kitchen · dining · lounge with comfy sofa and fresh carpet (perfect for board/card games). Plantation shutters and insect screens for fresh air all day.

Laundry — Washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board.

Accessibility support — 4 handrails: in shower, in toilet, at patio sliding door, and at laundry exterior door.

Access to a private Guest Portal with local Surf Coast & Bellarine tips (password sent after booking). Garage & garden shed are locked, but private onsite parking is available.

Pet policy (dogs only)

• One dog only (sorry, no cats). We’ll ask for breed and accept at our discretion.
• Keep dogs off all furniture and beds (cleaning fee $250 if fur is found).
• Do not leave dogs locked inside unattended; if you go out briefly, leave them outside.
• Please be considerate of neighbours—if your dog barks when left, take them with you.
