We invite you to experience our gorgeous and unique property located right in the heart of Barwon Heads. Blending the original, heritage-listed front section with the architecturally modern designed back section you get to enjoy the best of both designs. Offering 3 bedrooms (6 guests), 2 bathrooms, 2 lounge rooms, open-plan kitchen–living–dining opening to the balcony with an electric BBQ and fabulous views. We also have an elevator, EV charger, fast Wi-Fi and a 7.1-star energy rating.

Bedroom 1: Master with WIR, ensuite (shower & toilet), smart TV, ceiling fan and electric panel heater. (Located in the original boathouse section; step up into this section.)

Bedroom 3: 2 × single beds, ceiling fan, electric panel heater
Main family bathroom: large and spacious with walk-in shower with grab rails (shower chair available) and toilet with grab rails.
Upstairs: light-filled open plan space — fully equipped kitchen, lounge with gas fireplace, dining, and a sunny balcony (Nespresso pod machine). Smart TV, air-conditioning and a powder room on this level.
Downstairs multi-use room: desk, couch, smart TV, books and games — can be closed off for work calls. Very fast internet (>100 Mbps) supports Zoom with ease.
Other details: All three smart TVs on Google Mesh network with Netflix. Laundry with washer & dryer. Outdoor shower (hot water).
